What You'll Do: - Evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges across diverse patient populations. - Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly. - Design and implement individualized treatment plans, actively engaging patients and their families in the therapy process. - Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding of therapy goals. - Support seamless transitions with thoughtful discharge planning and resource recommendations. - Mentor and supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff-fostering the next generation of excellence in care. Qualifications and requirements: - Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required - Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
