Primary Care Physician Compensation: $260,000 base 20% of base
bonus total potential earnings $300,000 Sign-on bonus included At

20% of base in bonuses realistic earnings over $300K • Small
patient panel: patients total • Light daily volume: See just
patients per day really • 100% outpatient: No hospital shifts, no
nights, no weekends • Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Support built in: Work with a fully supportive care team so you
can focus on care not admin headaches • New, state-of-the-art
clinics: Modern spaces designed for comfort and connection • Call
schedule: Minimal for example, if there are 20 docs in your market,
you ll be on call just 1:20 • Malpractice with tail, robust health

generous PTO The ideal fit: • M.D. or D.O. • Board Certified in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) • Fellowship
training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required • Active, clear
medical license and DEA • 2 years of experience in an outpatient
primary care setting preferred • Solid clinical skills: suturing
for minor wound closures, joint injections, skin biopsies, and
