Job Description Join Our Healthcare Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant! Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a contract Job opportunity with one of Yoh’s prodigious clients located in Austin, IN. Clinic hours: MWF 7am-3pm, TTh 10am-6pm What You’ll Do: This role offers the chance to deliver vital health services, promote wellness, and support employees in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Provide approximately 40 hours of on-site care weekly Triage and treat minor injuries and illnesses Dispense over-the-counter and prescription medications Perform lab collections for employees Coordinate second opinions for workers’ compensation and disability cases Lead seasonal flu vaccination programs Organize health education seminars and wellness events Perform physical assessments (DOT, return-to-work, work-related injuries) Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and treatments Manage clinical supplies and maintain medical records Collaborate with healthcare providers, benefits, and safety teams Manage workers’ compensation claims and crisis interventions Support efforts to expand clinic services and outreach initiatives Requirements: Approved Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Program State licensure and national certification 1 year adult medicine experience Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Nice to Have: Occupational health experience EMR proficiency Event planning experience Preferred: BSN/MSN degree Clinic or community health background What’s In It for You?
