Home, Arkansas, 72653! Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVOR

Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 3 years
preferred License: Current RN License in good standing
Certifications: BLS required, ACLS and PALS encouraged but not
required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, ADN
required, BSN preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate
effectively Basic computer knowledge required Description: Start
date within the next 3-5 weeks strongly preferred. On-call required
for weekday nights (2 days, depending on staffing) and every third
weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). We are looking for nurses with a
passion for Surgical Nursing and Patient Advocacy. Our facility has
13 operating rooms and averages 650 cases per month. Our cases
include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular,
Plastics, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Urology, and Gynecological
(GYN) procedures. We have a highly skilled, dedicated team that
works in an interdisciplinary team environment. Responsibilities
include providing direct patient care for assigned patients and
offering leadership within the nursing team. Utilize the nursing
process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan
of care for patients served through the model of Shared Governance.
Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team with a focus on
promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the
