Therapist Assistant at our organization will collaborate closely
with patients and Occupational Therapists to deliver rehabilitative

full-time, part-time, or PRN in Delta, CO, offering a competitive
hourly wage ranging from $30 to $50, along with a comprehensive

Occupational Therapists in delivering rehabilitative services to
patients, assisting them with exercises and activities designed to
enhance strength, balance, and mobility. Monitor and document
patient progress, reporting findings to the Occupational Therapist.
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for
exercises and the use of equipment. Coordinate with other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Keep
treatment areas clean and organized. Comply with all healthcare and
safety regulations. Engage in regular training and educational
opportunities to improve job knowledge and skills. Qualifications
Associate's degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
State licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A
minimum of one year of experience in the role of Occupational
Therapy Assistant. Strong attention to detail coupled with
excellent communication abilities. Capability to work both
independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with
physical therapy techniques, principles, and practices. Physical
stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform repetitive
tasks. Ability to lift and move equipment and support patients in
