Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide specialized therapy services to preschool-aged children
with special needs in a K-12 school setting. This contract position
is scheduled from the current school year through June 2026,
offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in early intervention
programs across multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Work locations
include Adams County (New Oxford), York County (York Learning
Center), and Franklin County (Chambersburg). The role involves a
caseload of up to 55 students by the end of the year, providing
speech-language therapy to children ages 3 to 5 across various
environments such as preschool special education classrooms, Head
Start programs, PreK Counts classes, daycares, community
preschools, and walk-in therapy sessions. The position follows a
188-day preschool stretch calendar with approximately 35 hours per
week, including travel time between buildings. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language services to
preschool-aged students with special needs Participate in IEP
meetings and complete related paperwork approximately half a day
per week Coordinate and collaborate with educators, families, and
community programs Provide services in multiple locations within
the assigned county Supervise clinical fellowship candidates as
applicable (agency supervision provided) Qualifications and
Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology preferred Experience in early
intervention and preschool special education Pennsylvania
certification as an SLP required Ability to travel to multiple
sites within the designated counties Clinical Fellowship Candidates
(CFs) are welcome with agency-provided supervision Benefits include
