Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Interact with and educate patients and their families on treatments and healthcare needs. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare plans and protocols. Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate holistic care. Strong clinical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Empathy and compassion for patients.
