The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care tailored to the needs of our patients. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy and treatment plans. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds and administering prescribed medication. Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to plan and evaluate patient treatments. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance measures. Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in administering injections and medications Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records Competence in emergency response and patient care Knowledge of hygiene standards and infection control protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas CPR certification preferred
