As part of our dynamic healthcare team, you will be instrumental in providing care and support to our diverse patient population. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility/department standards. Administer medications, monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies. Liaise with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal patient care. Provide guidance and education to patients and their families about treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical equipment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must have an active state nursing license as an LPN or RN. CPR certification and additional training are required. Basic Life Support (BLS) either upon hire or within 30 days of employment.
