Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Mountain Home, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,086 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 3 years preferred License: Current RN License in good standing Certifications: BLS required, ACLS and PALS encouraged but not required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (ADN required, BSN preferred) Must have ability to read, write and communicate effectively Basic computer knowledge required Description: We are looking for nurses with a passion for Surgical Nursing and Patient Advocacy. The OR/CVOR has 13 operating rooms and averages 650 cases per month. Cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and GYN procedures. We have a highly skilled, dedicated team of patient advocates that work in an interdisciplinary team environment. Technology utilized includes the Davinci Surgical Robot, Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery, and a Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures. Nurses will provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team. Utilization of the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients is required. Collaboration with all members of the health care team will focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population and their families.
