Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes. Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care. Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and procedures. Provide support and mentorship to junior staff and interns. Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department. Experience/Qualifications Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arkansas. Experience in administering respiratory therapy in clinical settings. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care. Strong communication skills for patient and family education. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Proficient in maintaining detailed patient records and documentation. Familiarity with performance metrics and quality improvement processes. Willingness to mentor junior staff and interns. Experience in community outreach or health promotion activities.
