Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: White Hall, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,840 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years in acute behavioral health setting License: Registered Nurse Certifications: AHA BLS, Handle With Care Must-Have: Expertise in crisis stabilization, including verbal de-escalation and emergency physical intervention skills. Experience with electronic health records. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health division. The role involves caring for both adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will float between adult and geriatric behavioral health units as needed. There are 12 geriatric beds and 24 adult beds in the unit. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. The position requires high energy, a positive attitude, and being a team player. Common diagnoses include major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance use disorders, and dementia. Candidates should have experience with milieu management utilizing the therapeutic milieu model. Navy blue scrubs are required. Hooded clothing such as jackets and hoodies is not acceptable.
