Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of

Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting with a
focus on early childhood caseloads. This contract position runs
through the current school year, requiring an onsite presence in
Conway, AR. The role involves managing comprehensive caseloads
across multiple campuses, offering a chance to impact young
learners' communication development. Key Responsibilities: Provide
speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
across 3-4 campuses. Manage caseloads ranging from 36 to 40
students, addressing diverse communication needs. Collaborate with
educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized
treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention
strategies accordingly. Participate in school meetings and
contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts. Qualifications and
Experience: Must hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license;
Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are eligible.
Experience working with early childhood populations in educational
settings preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills
to effectively engage with students, families, and school
personnel. Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different
