A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to provide specialized support within a school setting, located in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves delivering therapeutic interventions to students to enhance their ability to participate fully in educational activities. Travel may be required to multiple school sites within the area to meet student needs. Key Responsibilities: Assess students' physical, developmental, and sensory needs to develop tailored intervention plans. Implement occupational therapy strategies to support student engagement and learning. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the school curriculum. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Required Qualifications and Experience: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and school staff. Ability to travel between school sites as needed. Knowledge of educational regulations and best practices in therapeutic interventions for children with special needs.
