Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: 80% Mammography with 20% General
Radiology; Inpatient Routine, Other Routine, Stat, Stroke;
Interventional Radiology capability preferred but not required
Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board
Certified Certifications: MQSA required? Kentucky License About
