Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in
the last 12 months. • 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for
submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission.

gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program -
LifePoint Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health. Pre-employment modules may

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend - Call only Call
Requirements: Call rotation with holidays 7 days maximum time off 1
reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required

(Basic Life Support) • CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or
the alternative certification RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI)) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
