qualifications will not be considered. A specialized nursing
opportunity is available for experienced NICU RNs to provide care
in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This contract position
in Bismarck, ND, offers the chance to work in a well-equipped unit
focused on critical and intermediate newborn care. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care to neonates with
conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, prematurity,
hypoglycemia, and bilirubin issues. Monitor and manage patients on
intubation, bubble CPAP, and central lines. Titrate drips including
antibiotics, multivitamins, iron, surfactant, TPN, and epinephrine
with precision. Assist neonatologists and neonatal nurse
practitioners in deliveries under 36 weeks, including APGAR
scoring. Collaborate closely with charge nurses and healthcare team
members to maintain exceptional patient care. Float to the newborn
nursery and pediatrics as assigned to support comprehensive care
needs. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license
with a minimum of 2 years NICU experience. At least 2 years of
Level III or IV NICU experience is mandatory. Required
certifications: BLS and NRP. Proficient in drip titration and
neonatal care protocols. Strong communication skills, positivity,
engagement, and a family-centered approach. Ability to work a
flexible schedule, including day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), night
shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), or rotating shifts. Availability for
every other weekend or every third weekend and two holidays per

live within a 50-mile radius and cannot be concurrently employed by
any facility associated with the same healthcare system. Return to
work required within 7 days or less of contract start. This role is
