(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic surgical team
as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room Technology (ORT)
specialty, serving a busy hospital with 12 OR suites, plus
Endoscopy and Cystoscopy suites. This travel position offers the
opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology including the
Davinci XI and ION robotics systems while supporting diverse
casesfrom pediatrics to geriatrics in general surgery, orthopedics,
or neuro-spinal procedures. Location: Bismarck, ND Bismarck serves
as the capital of North Dakota and offers a comfortable lifestyle
with a small-town feel and plenty of access to outdoor recreation,
including hiking and fishing. The community is known for its
friendly atmosphere and affordable living costs, making it an ideal
place to live and work. Responsibilities: Provide perioperative
nursing care in specialty areas such as Ortho/Neuro or
General/Robotics, with proficiency required in one area.
Participate in a rotating schedule with 8-hour shifts:
6:45am-3:15pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and weekend
7:00am-7:30pm shifts. Respond to 1-2 weeknight on-call shifts and
every 3-4 weekends on call with a 15-minute response time. Float as
needed to assist with orthopedic cases or 1:1 patient sitting on
the floor. Adhere to hospital protocols and collaborate closely
with the surgical team and charge nurses. Qualifications/Desired
Experience: Current BLS certification, plus CST or NCCT preferred.
ND UAP certification required. Minimum 1 year of experience in ORT
with a focus on either Ortho/Neuro, General/Robotics, or
General/Endo/GYN cases. Comfortable working with robotic surgical
systems such as Davinci XI and ION and able to handle open belly
