Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Your Role: As a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will: * Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance * Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans * Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration * Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams * Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations * Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards Requirements * Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program * Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice * Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills * Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Benefits Why Therapists Choose H2 Health!
