Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Concierge is to provide the highest level of service to the members and provide administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality of all Club and member business.Essential Job FunctionsConcierge Duties:Serve as an internal Concierge to the membership and the various departments within the ClubCommunicate closely with all departments regarding member and guest activityAssist and process all reservation requests for golf, dining, transportation and overnight staysGreet and assist members and their guests in a professional, timely and welcoming mannerCreate, maintain and distribute daily guest itineraries to appropriate management staffAdministrative Duties:Serve as a receptionist, direct incoming calls, and deliver messages to staff or club offices in a professional and timely mannerAssist in all printing, scanning and shipping needsMaintain inventory of Concierge and Administrative office suppliesInput all facility maintenance requests into online systemMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentKeep up-to-date on Club policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and QualificationsOutstanding administrative, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent guest service skillsExcellent organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Copy/Scan machineAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high workloads with high attention for detailExperience with multiple-line telephonesWork Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
