searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in
Little Rock! The ideal Restaurant Manager should be an exceptional
leader who can drive daily operations, maintain high food quality
and customer experience, develop and train staff, and effectively
manage operational activities and financial responsibilities. About

Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations Maintain
outstanding food quality and provide a remarkable dining experience
for guests Possess exceptional leadership skills to support team
member training and development Training and evaluation of hourly
staff Controlling P&L and inventory management (in
collaboration with the General Manager) Communicating and
implementing company policies and standards Compensation and
Benefits: Salary: up to $45,000 Strong bonus potential 100% covered

years current experience as a Restaurant Manager Ability to
increase sales and build rapport in the community Strong
leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with
