Our longstanding client is growing and seeks to add an HR Administrative Coordinator to the team! This role is an entry back office HR position for someone who has a few years of HR experience including administrative and clerical OR someone who recently graduated or is in school to receive HR focused degree and would like to get their foot in the door with a mid sized HR team!



The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and administrating all aspects of Human Resources functions include recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee file administration, scheduling, onboarding, orientations and special projects as assigned.

Other duties include;

  • Plan and organize all activities of human resources area including recruiting, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations
  • The chosen HR coordinator will also be the champion of employee engagement, appreciation, and reviews
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, record keeping, and reporting are in compliance with government regulations.
  • Create, implement and manage HR policies and practices.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interview and placement process including the placement of advertisements, vacancy postings.
  • Perform reference and background checks on prospective candidates.
  • Coordinates drug and alcohol screening compliance Human Resources (HR) Administration, Basic Office Skills, Employee Engagement, Benefit Functions, Benefits Administration, Benefits Coordination, HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, HRIS System, degree in HR or business preferred
