culture.ResponsibilitiesRevolution is seeking an HR Generalist in
Little Rock, AR. Here is an excellent opportunity for an individual

successful candidate is a collaborative team member who continually
strives to move the organization's talent forward. This role will
partner with the HR department to establish a vision of customer
service excellence and continuous improvement.Fosters better & more
frequent communication throughout the organization. Collaborates
with HR colleagues on cross-functional initiatives to help
implement new HR programs, processes, and policies. Assists
managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, selecting, and
hiring qualified employees to fill vacant positions.Organize,
maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.Provides
exceptional customer service concerning day-to-day HR opportunities
and inquiries on policies, procedures, and processes. Conduct
employee onboarding and help organize training & development
initiatives Ensures facility complies with labor regulations
(federal, state, and local).Conduct exit interviews and analyze
exit survey data to identify trends for business leaders to take
action. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to
improve the department's efficiency and services. Assist with all
internal and external HR-related matters. Prepare monthly and
quarterly reports as needed. Keep up to date with the latest HR
trends and best practices. Any other duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or
related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years' experience
in Human Resources administration, preferably in a manufacturing
environment.Strong customer service orientation, proven ability to
lead through collaboration, positive interpersonal skills, problem
resolution, and desire to do the right thing.Pragmatic and
action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing
business conditions and priorities.Proficient computer skills
(HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Knowledge of
state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of
responsibility.Maintains confidentiality and high ethical
standards.Requires excellent organizational skills and strong
