Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychology Expert AI Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Train AI models in psychology by crafting and answering questions
related to the field
Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
Assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI
models in the context of psychology
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in psychology, counseling, or a related field. Masters
or Ph.D preferred
Proven experience in counseling or therapy, preferably with
expertise in a specific area of psychology
Strong knowledge of counseling methodologies, mental health, and
psychological support techniques
Passion for self-help, personal growth, and empowering individuals
to lead fulfilling lives
Professional writing experience or knowledge in Health and Wellness
subfields is a plus
