A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise and influence People Managers and Senior Leaders across the operations organization
Build relationships, deliver impact to client groups, and solve critical business problems
Execute the business-aligned people strategy, foster the future of work, and develop programs for engagement, retention, and development of employees

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of direct and relevant HR experience, preferably in a People Partner or HRBP role
Experience in change management, internal communication strategies, and working in ever-changing environments
Ability to balance strategic planning with a get-things-done mentality and a focus on building a foundation for scale
Deep understanding and empathy for a diverse global workforce and a philosophy of treating people as humans
Passion for storytelling with data and analytics and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
