Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Production Associate / Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing and packaging operations by safely palletizing, labeling, and stretch-wrapping finished door products. This role performs general manual labor tasks to ensure continuous production flow, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position operates under immediate supervision and follows established procedures and work instructions. Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain the production line for safe palletizing, labeling, and stretch wrapping of doors Keep palletizer stocked with empty pallets to ensure uninterrupted operation Build pallets using pneumatic staple guns and cardboard wrap Palletize prefinished doors onto correct pallets according to store number and order specifications Secure doors properly to pallets to prevent damage during handling and transportation Operate automated palletizing, bracing, and stretch-wrapping equipment Measure and count products and materials to ensure order accuracy Report any product, packaging, or equipment issues to supervision Follow written and verbal instructions per order and safety specifications Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform housekeeping and general warehouse cleanup duties Support other production and manual labor tasks as assigned Work under immediate supervision with minimal independent decision-making Required Skills: Knowledge of palletizing processes and packaging procedures Ability to read and follow work instructions and order specifications Familiarity with pneumatic tools Understanding of different door types and handling requirements Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse operations Experience: Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or production line experience preferred but not required Education: High School Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
