.**Responsibilities****Overall Responsibilities:** Serves as Lead
Project Manager for innovative ed tech software implementations and
related client work focused on bringing equity, excellence, and
education recovery to school districts. Implement Mission Control
practices to support Program Manager and operations for
approximately 15 Projects with varying degrees of
interdependence.Focuses on ensuring that projects and Partners are
properly monitored and that work is delivered successfully via
project management best practices; a key component of this is
recording and managing Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions (RAID) for
the Program. Contributes hands-on effort, training and support of
project leads, and work with the Education Practice Area's Project
Management Office (PMO) to implement standardized project
management practices.**Specific Responsibilities:** + Monitor
projects to ensure that they meet or exceed objectives+ Maintain
RAID logs and other reporting tools, as necessary+ Tracks priority
actions and ensures that Client needs are satisfied+ Leads the
development of internal and external high-level executive reports+
Ensure that Program leadership and company management are aware of
any resource constraints and any project risks/issues+ Fills in as
Project Lead as necessary to maintain schedule and quality of
service delivery+ Monitor the implementation of project management
best practices related to:+ Project Planning+ Scope Management
(change requests, overseeing requirements)+ Time Management
(schedules)+ Cost Management (budget, costs, and pricing)+ Quality
Management (metrics, strategy, and testing)+ Communications
Management (reporting and escalations)+ Risk/Issue Management+
Stakeholder Management+ Systems Development Lifecycle+ Provide
project management support and guidance to consultants responsible
for delivering Client work+ Provide after-hours support and travel,
as required**Qualifications****Required Skills:** + Prior
experience in multiple private and public-sector organizations+
Experience managing multiple simultaneous technical project
implementations, including new build+ Strong organization and
critical thinking -able to plan work efficiently and manage
delivery within set budget/time limits and other constraints+ Keen
attention to detail - able to ensure that tasks are delivered as
defined+ Excellent ability to effectively communicate and influence
outcomes with project teams+ Experience within the Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or new IT Product Development,
preferably within the Education Technology domain+ Strong written
communication skills, able to be presented to Clients with minimal
review+ Strong oral communication skills, able to interact with
senior leaders comfortably and appropriately+ Proficiency with
Microsoft Office applications (preferably with Project, Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, Visio)+ Proficiency with common Project
Management Tools: Smartsheets, JIRA, etc.+ Prior experience
applying Project Management concepts, practices, and procedures
(I.e., Project Management Institute's ten Knowledge Areas)+ Project
Management Certification (PMP) valued or equivalent
experience**Required Experience:** + 10+ years of full-time work
experience+ 8+ years of experience in Project Management - managing
projects and project managers+ 5+ years of experience in a
client-facing role, interfacing with Senior Executives+ Prior
experience managing projects, programs, or departments greater than
$1million, including budget responsibility+ Knowledge of technology
solutions (preferred: data services, digital credentials, digital
wallets)+ Passion for excellence and equity in K-12 education+
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field**Desired

problem-solving approach to business and technical issues+ Strong
attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
skills+ Analytical skills, including the ability to document
systems and user needs+ Strong written/oral/visual communication
