**Job Description**
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some
assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a
project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and
practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation
to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer
specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by
exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and
processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on
moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical
roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or
technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to
communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and
clients. Ability to travel as needed.
**Responsibilities**
The Long Term Care team is hiring a Consultant III. As a Consultant
III, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and
guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts,
provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to
stakeholders, and drive client-specific solution configuration
design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to
clients. You will be responsible for mitigating solution risks and
issues and executing workflow and process improvement strategies.
You will need to lead client meetings and events and drive internal
team initiatives.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ At least 6 years total combined related work experience and
completed higher education, including:
+ At least 1 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT)
consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information
technology (IT) solution work experience
+ At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to
the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
**Expectations:**
+ Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and
allowed by local regulations
+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security
policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding
corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent
and report any compromises of security within scope of position
+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned
**Range and benefit information provided in this posting are
specific to the stated location(s)**
New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from
$65,700 to $128,700 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to
$121,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
