ExemptPOSITION OVERVIEW:ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider
of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline,

back to our Communities.ADB Wireless is seeking a Supervisor who
has extensive knowledge of wireless constriction operations. This
role willbe the direct supervisor of field construction crews;
planning, directing, and organizing their day to day operations.The
ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and has previously
worked in the field at a Foreman level. TheSupervisor will manage
and mentor various levels of Tower Technicians. The ideal candidate
will have extensivewireless technical experience, a strong belief
in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong
workethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct manager of field construction crews and
subcontractors including, but not limited to, onboarding,training,
discipline actions, terminations, payroll, performance management,
etc.Has full understanding of wireless construction operations
including equipment used, labor skills,understanding of technology
used, testing requirements, closeout requirements, OSHA
requirements, etc.Oversee supplies, equipment, and materials for
projectsOversee the project plans, schedules, objectives,
procedures, and performance standards within theboundaries of the
company's mission, values, and policiesAdhere to and uphold the
safety culture on site, lead by example and develop the expected
safety culture oneach project.Ability to maintain and provide
required reports to upper managementCommunicates regularly with
support staff including, but not limited to, Human Resource,
Recruiting, Fleet,Accounting, etc.Ability to support a fast paced,
demanding work schedule; schedule could include early mornings,
evenings,weekends, etcTrain and develop Tower Technicians and Tower
Foreman according to the Career Advancement Matrix(CAM)Performs

ENVIRONMENT:Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway
66 Pacific, MO 63069Must be able to work in a variety of physical
positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing,
etc.May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise
levels while onsiteMust endure regular exposure to all weather
conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through
theyearWhen working on site, will be required to wear common
protective of safety equipment, such as safetyglasses, gloves,
hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.EXPERIENCE AND
EDUCATION:3+ years of experience in the wireless industry2+ years
of experience supervising wireless construction crews
requiredOSHA30 and CPR certification preferredValid driver license
with a clean driving record requiredHigh School Diploma or
