Work with Engineering Leadership to create and improve processes
for prioritizing, breaking down, estimating, and assigning
tasks
Coach Engineers to deconstruct problems into executable action
Guide the quality and testing strategy of their teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology
Engineering
5+ years of experience in software engineering
1+ years of experience in managing engineering teams
