A company is looking for a Web Design Project Coordinator.



Key Responsibilities:

Kick off projects, manage customer relationships, and proactively communicate throughout web design projects
Work closely with project team members to manage and communicate project timelines, escalate roadblocks, and ensure positive customer experiences
Schedule and host customer kick-off calls to gather the required information for each client's specific website plan


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in project management, specifically pertaining to web design or cross-functional creative teams
Demonstrated understanding and fluency with cross-functional team roles and responsibilities related to web design projects
Proficient in customer-facing communication and leading conversations via phone and video for effective project coordination and client satisfaction
Exceptional time management skills with an eye for detail and understanding of project management/requirements
Prior experience managing traffic for web design or creative teams, and/or managing high project volumes is preferred
