We're growing our team here in Little Rock, AR:Starting Compensation: $15.00 / hr. Shift: Monday - Friday: 1:00pm - 7:30pm Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the job:

• Must have 6 month of security experience.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Lenel Access Control experience a plus
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Badge checking responsibilities
• Direct visitors
• Monitor security cameras
• Log materials entering/exiting the facility
• Check in deliveries/semi trucks
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Excellent Phone/computer skills
• Customer service experience/skills
• Communication skillsYour background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • If you have Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a state license or ability to obtain one if required.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
