Responsibilities: Support maintenance team with troubleshooting and
repairs. Diagnose and fix automation issues (hands-on, not just
remote). Work on all plant equipment (process automation focus).
Assist with programming tasks (e.g., alarms/switches).
Requirements: Strong communication skills. Proficiency in ladder
logic and PLC troubleshooting. Hands-on repair skills including
480V systems and voltmeter usage. Willingness to physically engage
in repairs. Preferred Qualifications: Programming experience (basic
logic edits). Robotics experience (Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki).
Certifications (Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley). Technical school
or relevant certifications. Schedule & Compensation: Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with on-call rotation (~1 week/month).
On-call pay: 4-hour minimum for call-ins, 2 hours for phone calls
(time and a half).
