This role involves supporting key business functions and contributing to overall organizational success. Responsibilities Assist with reviewing and interpreting data to help guide decision-making. Prepare corporate and project budgets including reviewing monthly variance analysis. Support process improvement projects to automate and reduce task times. Contribute to planning and monitoring activities to ensure objectives are met. Develop and maintain tools or processes that support long-term goals. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance efficiency. Partner with various teams to provide insights and ensure alignment with company priorities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related fields 3-5 years of experience in a role involving analysis and planning. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
