Company Drivers Regional OTR positions; weekly or bi weekly home time Dedicated and local/yard positions available in select areas; home time will vary OTR drivers average up to $93,600/year Dedicated drivers average up to $94,000/year Local and Yard positions paid by the hour $1,500 sign-on bonus $500 orientation pay Dry van freight; 100% no-touch OTR and Dedicated drivers home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on job and location Company Benefits & Perks Full benefits 2022 - 2025 equipment, with newer models available in certain hiring areas while supplies last Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home) Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
