Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Manufacturing experience needed $75-$80k Job Description We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Supervisor with a strong focus on the shipping aspect of our operations. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in shipping and receiving, combining both hands-on tasks and supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure materials are correctly packaged for shipping or stored appropriately. Responsibilities Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications. Direct movement of materials from the shipping area to the staging area. Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet deadlines. Develop work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow. Arrange transportation according to customer instructions and standards. Ensure the shipping area is organized, clean, and meets all compliance requirements. Conduct training, development, and performance-monitoring activities for each employee in the department. Essential Skills 3 years of supervisory experience in a shipping and receiving role. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems. Strong understanding of warehouse management and safety protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Forklift license or certification. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS IN NOTES SECTION OF ACCOUNT PAGE FOR MCC BC/BS for Healthcare and MetLife for the rest. 10 paid holidays, vacation pro-rated in the first year and our 401K offers entry at the first of each quarter with Company matching funds (60% of the first 6% of contribution) after 1-year of employment (for active Plan participants). There is a 5-year vesting period for the matching funds only. MCC pays the full monthly premiums for STD AND LTD for every MCC EE.
