Production Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Searcy, AR Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $16.50 per hour Job Overview We are seeking dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Assembly Operators on 2nd shift. Job Summary This position is classified as safety sensitive . The Production Assembly Operator performs repetitive workstation or line assembly tasks to produce components and finished products in accordance with established work instructions and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly operations using hand and/or power tools Install components and operate production equipment as assigned Follow manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision Inspect work and report defective materials or unsafe conditions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform basic preventative maintenance as required Complete other related duties as assigned Qualifications Less than high school education or limited related experience/training, or equivalent combination Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Exposure to vibration and moving mechanical parts Safety?focused, team?oriented workplace Why Apply?
