WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE - Participate in year-long virtual programming, to introduce you to, expand on and build upon your knowledge of the business world today - Gain year-long mentorship from a L---Or--al leader to support your growth and development - Engage business leaders in conversation about Diversity and Inclusion - Build and grow a network of industry professionals and student colleagues from a variety of backgrounds across the United States - First-hand exposure to the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and insight into potential career opportunities within a large, global organization - Understand what it means to be consumer-centric by working through a business challenge - Recruitment advice and coaching from experiences professionals in University Relations and Recruitment
