Assignments generally include the attainment of planning objectives where products or production processes are new or manufacturing processes are variable.You will be trusted to be the liaison between Supply Chain and Customer Service -- the Voice of the Plant and Voice of the Customer with the following responsibilities:

  • Review engineering plans and product specifications to determine raw material requirements to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Work with Purchasing to obtain and schedule materials based on production forecasts.
  • Work with Engineering and related areas to develop tools and procedures to maximize facility and equipment utilization.
  • Direct and assist lower-level planners as needed. Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options, including the potential opportunity for remote work for select positions. This role is currently designated as 100% on-site.QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.Requires strong knowledge of a variety of manufacturing activities including purchasing, materials, production processes and engineering. Must be able to understand and apply engineering specifications. Requires effective verbal and written communications. Must be able to use Microsoft Office.
