Overview *This posting will be used to fill multiple
positions*This position produces Magnetic Resonance Images for
medical interpretation.The University of Arkansas for Medical

Responsibilities
- Works with Ordering and Reading Physicians through the process
of completing MRI procedures.
- Communicates with patients, coworkers and physicians through
written and verbal forms of communication.
- Participates in continued education and training on new
procedures as they are introduced.
- Interacts with patients and family members during the entire
procedure from preparation to completion of the study.
- Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications
- High School, GED or formal educational equivalent.
- Graduate of a Radiological Technology program.
- Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologist.
- An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained
prior to start date.
- MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologist must be obtained within 12 months of
hire.Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- One (1) or more years of experience.
- MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists.This is a safety sensitive position and
subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug
testing, and/or education verification). A criminal conviction or
arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant
