Adecco has a temp to hire opportunity for a remote Outreach Agent position in Little Rock, Arkansas (Must be located within 1.5 hours from Little Rock, Arkansas for equipment pick up). We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for this Outreach Agent position include but are not limited to: Need to be detail oriented in their work - reading the notes on each org before calling, dispositioning calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work. To be successful, the Outreach Agent will need to be able to toggle between applications and screens with ease. The ideal candidate will have customer service/sales experience and can work with providers to get a commitment on scheduling the chart retrieval, as the ultimate goal of each call is to speak to the provider/point of contact and gain a commitment for sending in the identified medical records to the client. While working as an Outreach Agent for Adecco, you can earn $16.00/Hour + other great benefits as well. (This position is temp to hire.) Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. (overtime may be required) For this position you will have to go through training for 2 weeks and be available to work 9am to 5:30PM. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Computer skills and basic trouble shooting Ability to use dual monitors Call center or customer service experience High-speed internet with a minimum of 25MPH Must be located within 1.5 hour from Little Rock, Arkansas.
