As a Remarketing Associate you will provide quality and efficient service by performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of vehicles on behalf of company's clients. -You will be responsible for maintaining the Remarketing workflow process for company;s clients, this process begins when a request is received from a client and includes arranging transportation of a vehicle to auction, clearing each vehicle for sale, determining the best sale venue, assist in offering vehicles for sale, and settling proceeds with a client. - Through the entire process you will be in regular communication with clients, suppliers, team members, and company auction personnel. - -

What is Third Party Remarketing (3pr)? - We prepare and manage the inventory of company Third Party Remarketing Client's retail and lease vehicles, which includes: Vehicle Return Management, Transportation Logistics, Inspection, Title Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Online and Physical Auction Sales, Proceeds reconciliation and disbursement. -

Job Responsibilities -


  • Manage client's vehicle inventory portfolio to maximize sales proceeds
  • Maintain effective communication with client's, suppliers, auctions, and other team members
  • Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs.
  • Arrange vehicle transports to auctions, obtain information from clients, request and review vehicle inspection reports, work closely with auction personnel to prepare and offer vehicles for sale, and complete funds settlement with clients
  • Ensure that all vehicles are remarketed in accordance to department KPIs
  • Complete additional projects and/or duties as requested or required
  • Manages risk relative to position

    Qualifications -


    • Prior experience in company Remarketing highly preferred
    • HS diploma or equivalent required
    • 0-2 years' experience in financial services or similar industry. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience
    • Ability to work independently
    • Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods
    • Basic data entry and word processing skills
    • Quality Control oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
