tomorrow's transportation.As a CRM Data Architect, you will provide
technical leadership and architecture strategy for key projects in
the CRM across Ford Pro by leveraging the latest and emerging data
and enterprise architecture concepts. In this role you will partner
with both the business, technology and Salesforce teams focusing on
data governance, data modeling and data engineering to help drive a
robust, modern CRM data platform that scale across various
Salesforce Clouds. Work closely with product teams, Salesforce, and
end users of the data platforms to provide leadership and
consultancy. You will be responsible for the internal design of the
CRM data stores and data integrations working closely with the Data
& Analytics team.**Role:**+ Technical thought and cross-functional
leadership for CRM data architecture+ Provide technical leadership
across Product Lines within CRM+ Drive the strategic architectural
directions for data and information with Salesforce Clouds+ Partner
with product teams of the Data and Analytics platform to provide
data governance and models.**Responsibilities**+ Design the
organizational data strategy aligned to CRM data strategy and
related business architecture+ Develops conceptual, logical, and
physical design of the product data structures and Salesforce
Clouds+ Consult with CRM Product Teams as they define, assemble,
and integrate data structures based on Industry best practices for
Salesforce and Ford standards+ Aligns to and updates Enterprise
Data Model as appropriate+ Enable CRM Product Lines to move
quickly, while maintaining Customer Centricity by ensuring
architecture disciplines are developed, shared, and part of CRM
Product Line delivery+ Maintain a broad perspective across the
organization to ensure all Product Lines are aligned and consistent
when data needs to integrate with CRM+ Help guide data quality,
management, security and governance**Requirements**+ 6+ years of
experience working with an enterprise data management solutions and
technology, including data modeling, data analytics, business
intelligence, master data management, and data quality+ Experience
with large-scale, distributed systems design and development,
including scaling and performance+ Experience with developing
logical and physical data models and with data modeling tools+ 5+
years' experience with Salesforce data structures included with
products like Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, CDP, etc+
Experience working with software development teams on complex
projects+ Experience in working with Agile and Lean methodologies+
Exposure and experience with Architectural standards, processes,
and documentation+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to
coordinate many services and a wide range of global business and IT
partners+ Perform at an extremely high level of technical
competence and maturity under pressure+ Ability to communicate
effectively with IT and business team members on a global level and
negotiate solutions and drive consensus across platforms+ Excellent
interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsThe minimum
qualifications we seek:+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related field master's degree
preferable+ Experience 8+ years with progressive responsibilities
in Information/Data Engineering, Architecture and Administration+
5+ years working in a Data role with Salesforce+ Must be able to
operationalize and assist teams with abstract technology concepts+
Strong demonstrated competencies on cloud and digital platforms+
Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills+ Proven
ability to work closely with senior leadership+ Strong personal
presence and capabilities to resolve technical concerns+ Experience
with cloud services and platform knowledge+ Demonstrated ability to
drive development of highly technical technology services and
capabilities+ Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive
highly available consumer ready data sources and information
software+ Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and
product owners+ Ability to work independently but influence others
when driving for enterprise standards and solutions+ Excellent
communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication
style to the audience+ Ability to work collaboratively and navigate
complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment+ Strong
leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach
