Develop requirements and specifications. Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues and document procedures. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all employees and volunteers. Strong analytical skills, sequel writing/reading, Power Bi experience, and application administration experience is a plus.Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD

  • Analyze business and user needs to develop documentation of requirements and translate these into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business unit, the Information Technology Department and/or vendor(s). Provide user support relating to the utilization of the business application in day-to-day operations. Facilitate user training as required.
  • Ensure applications are optimized to support business objectives and processes. Participate in efforts related to implementations, releases and systems modifications.
  • Import and export data. Ensure high data integrity is maintained and reported. Analyze and validate data. Design and prepare customized reports, document report specifications and ensure standard reporting procedures are aligned with business reporting requirements.
  • Execute business application-related processes and transactions.
  • Develop and execute test procedures and cases.
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics and project reportsThe salary range for this position is $55,650.00-$66,780.00.Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.This position is fully remote..----------------------Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.     • Bachelor's degree required in Finance , Data analytics or Business Administration.
    • Minimum 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
    • Management Experience: N/A
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team. Ability to be 24-hour on-call during period of major disaster.
    • Travel: Travel may be required.
