Protecting the quality of our food is very important. We have openings for full-time and part-time.BOH Job Duties: - - - - - - - - - Follow Tacos 4 Life standard operating procedures in the kitchen. - - - - - - - - - Efficiently follow a daily prep cook list provided by management. - - - - - - - - - Preparing and cooking ingredients for the line. (including hot prep, cold prep, grill prep, and grill fry) - - - - - - - - - Efficiently prepare all menu items in a timely manner. - - - - - - - - - Expediting food from the kitchen to FOH staff - - - - - - - - - Maintain cleanliness by following the station checklist. - - - - - - - - - Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. - - - - - - - - - Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. - - - - - - - - - Assisting with stocking food truck orders - - - - - Must be a team player and assist when and where needed. - Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to operate and handle kitchen equipment.
• Knowledgeable about Tacos 4 Life products.
• General understanding of standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced. - Education and Experience: - - - - - - - - - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - - - - - - - - - Successful completion of on-the-job training - Physical Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Prolonged periods standing and working at kitchen equipment. - - - - - - - - - Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time. - - - - - - - - - Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time
    • Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment. - - - - - - - - - May need to work nights, weekends, holidays on a rotating basis. -
