ATA Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Eligibility
Specialist to work a long-term assignment in Little Rock, AR . This
role is Monday- Friday at $17.38 an hour. Please review the job

you!Job SummaryThe Program Eligibility Specialist works in the
Family Support Unit and is responsible for obtaining client
information, preparing and monitoring case plans, coordinating
services with providers, and preparing information and
recommendations. This position is governed by state and federal
laws and agency/institution policy. The Program Eligibility
Specialist works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator
and/or Program Manager.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesA. Case
Management (42%)1. Interviews clients and determine eligibility for
Essential Worker child care services.2. Documents and enters
information accurately and in a timely manner into electronic
systems (KidCare).3. Assists families by connecting them to
community resources.4. Updates and documents files accurately and
within specified timeframes according to designated procedures.5.
Ensure timely notices are sent to clients and providers and
follows-up where appropriate6. Explain eligibility requirements to
applicants and/or family members.7. Maintains and monitors
caseload.B. Communication and Coordination (32%)1. Communicates
effectively with clients according to within specified timeframes
outlined in procedures.2. Informs supervisor of critical issues
that may need to be staffed.3. Communicates and coordinates with
other agencies, providers, and the general public as appropriate.4.
Maintains and updates calendar of appointments, office times/dates,
and ensures point of contact is designated during absenteeismC.
Technical Assistance (16%)1. Provides technical assistance to
providers and clients by explaining eligibility requirements,
changes, laws, and procedures.2. Return messages and or phone calls
in a timely manner.3. Conducts and documents outreach activities to
providers and community in monthly reports submitted to
supervisor.4. May serve as a liaison to other divisions and
agencies to develop policies and procedures for community-based
programs.D. Teamwork (10%)1. Exhibits cooperative spirit &
professionalism when working with peers, clients, providers, and
regulatory agencies.2. Demonstrates willingness to go beyond
minimal job requirements when asked.3. Contributes positively to
