The Payments - Wires Support Team provides management, support and maintenance of the "Wires" ecosystem including domestic and international wire transfers. The team ensures the applications and associated systems, and processes are performing efficiently to avoid business disruption.
The Wires Application Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of our Wires applications. This role supports distributed applications that are integrated with mainframe systems and the enterprise service bus. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (2 days on-site) for candidates in Kansas City area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of Kansas City area.
How you'll spend your time:
Provide production support of highly complex applications in production by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing and testing fixes, and implementing solutions.
Participate as a member of an Agile scrum team that works closely with application teams, vendors, and various business units to identify a solution to remediate issues and deliver enhancements and projects.

You have at least 2 years of experience in an application support role including working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You have experience in implementation/support of packaged applications with components running under a variety of possible technologies such as: Mainframe, Microsoft technologies, Java, web services, Oracle & SQL databases, Linux & Unix operating systems and MQ series.
You have experience with production change control processes.
You have any knowledge or familiarity with ACI Worldwide products, including MTS.
You have Unix and Shell Scripting experience.
The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $54,180 to $90,300 annually. The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.

Minimum: $54,180.00 - Mid Point: $72,240.00 - Maximum: $90,300.00
