Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Coordinator 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains provider relations and gathers provider claims data for
service operations
Manages provider data, audits, service and relations,
credentialing, and contract management systems
Executes processes for intake and manages provider perceived
service failures
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 or more years of experience in provider relations, contracting,
loading, auditing, or related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel
skills
2+ years of experience with provider contract maintenance
Prior experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
