17 electric distribution cooperatives. -A Meter Data Systems
Analyst translates raw meter data from AECC's revenue metering into
information usable by the external wholesale power markets and
internally to bill member cooperatives. In this position, you will

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOn a daily schedule, using
proprietary software, analyze raw meter data resulting in complete
and accurate validated data to be relied upon by various users.
Problem-solving involves contacting staff responsible for meters,
data communications, information technology, distribution systems,
and government regulation. - Submits validated data to external
power markets. - Remains available to answer questions and concerns
of data users.Partners with software development personnel in the
development and maintenance of the meter data translation software.
Provides input for future enhancements to the software and reports
any trouble encountered with the software.Reviews monthly billing
report before the data is used to bill member cooperatives. Remains
available to assist users of all month-end reports to maintain
confidence in data accuracy.Reviews requests to add meters to the
system to ensure parameters will result in accurate and useful
data. This includes introducing renewable power assets to the
system and analyzing effects.Prepares ad-hoc reports and special
analyses for data users. Maintains data for reporting purposes and
historical records; also maintains data integrity which is a
critical role in this position.The ability to handle stress and
work well with others are essential functions of this
position.Participates in other projects and performs any other
related duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business
Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics or related
field or equivalent combination of education and
experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Proficient in writing SQL
queries. -PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSTwo years
of business experience.Experience with Business Intelligence
