ABS is an equal opportunity employer. -POSITION, SCHEDULE, PAY, BENEFITSPositionJanitorial Cleaner, Russellville AreaPart-Time & Full-TimeShift &ScheduleWe have a variety of shifts/schedules available:Full-Time, Part-Time. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ShiftsThe days worked, shifts, start-times, hours, and pay vary will vary by building and position assigned to.ExperienceRequiredNo experience required.Paid training provided. -Pay / Salary$11.00 -and $11.50 per hour depending on the building, position, and shift assigned.Pay is twice per month: 10th and 25thEmploymentTypeThe position is non-exempt.All employees are w-2 employees, paid for the hours worked, with regular taxes withheld from paychecks.(We don't pay "cash" or subcontract work)Benefits ProvidedDirect DepositPaid Holidays after 1 year of employmentFull-time positions receive PTO after 1 year of employment.We do not currently offer health insurance.JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Janitorial Office Cleaning, includes, but not limited to:

trash collection and removaldustingcleaning and restocking restrooms and break roomssweeping and mopping floorsgeneral cleaning and disinfecting surfacesvacuumingwindow washingpicking up trash outside -Other job duties may also include:
Buffing and -Cleaning Floors, and Other Floor WorkPOSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH ABS
Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starterShow job work historyGood communication (verbal and written) skillsMust be able to work independently.Must have reliable transportation to and from workMust be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed.Background and drug screening required.ABOUT ARKANSAS BUILDING SERVICES (ABS) & ABS FACILITY SOLUTIONSArkansas Building Services is a locally owned and managed, professional, commercial janitorial service provider based in North Little Rock with a branch office in Russellville.We provide commercial, medical, and industrial with commercial cleaning and other related services. -ABS trains all employees on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper & safe use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis.
